上市公司管理费用粘性分析 会计学毕业论文.doc

内 容 提 要 费用粘性是近年来国外会计学者研究的热点话题之一。费用粘性对管理会计中的成本习性模型乃至西方经济学中的成本理论提出了严峻的挑战。我国上市公司管理费用粘性之所以比国外发达国家的企业要强烈的原因之一是公司治理结构的不合理性。投资者法律保护的差异对费用粘性的影响，将从导致上市公司管理费用粘性行为的原因着手分析，来探讨增强公司治理效果与提高投资者法律保护程度对管理层机会主义行为起到抑制作用，从而得出对上市公司管理费用粘性行为的影响机制。 本文阐述了上市公司管理费用粘性的概念，以及其所具有的特点，分析了管理费用粘性产生的原因及行为，从管理费用粘性的影响因素出发，提出了完善管理费用粘性相关政策的建议，希望对上市公司管理费用粘性分析有相应的作用。 关 键 词 公司治理；管理费用；上市公司管理费用粘性 Analysis of listing Corporation Management Cost Stickiness Abstract Cost stickiness is one of the hot research topic in recent years overseas accounting scholars.
