ABSTRACT With the development of national economy and Internet technologies, InternetEconomy has changed enterprise living environment and management control model. Inorder to adapt to new circumstances and enhance the ability of competition, Electric powertrade started actively to build financial management Information system with a view ofbuilding a whole integrated information systems of enterprise. According to these theories about financial management, modern informationtechnology and systems engineering, compared with other electric power corporation, thisthesis studies how Guangxi Electric Power Corporation should build financial managementinformation system eficiently to promote work eficiency. First,analyzing these efects of the changed environment to financial management, theexisting status of information system in electric power trade, and describing achievementand failure about advanced other electric power corporation, this thesis show it imperativeunder the situation to build financial management information system Secondly, the thesis presents the result of sampling inquiry in detail if the projectwould be caried out in Guangxi Electric Power Corporation, combining those problemswith some experiences from advanced corporations, so a rounded project scheme is formed. Because the united model to build financial management information system does notbe formed, and enterprises have to go ahead uncertainly, the thesis points out emphaticalyhow to solve them when potential dificulty and doubt would be happened during projectexploitation.
