中国银行内蒙古分行跨境人民币结算业务现状及对策研究.pdf

摘要 现如今，人民币国际化是一个必然的市场趋势，全球金融危机的爆发为大力 发展跨境人民币提供了很好的平台。2009年4月9日，广州市、上海市、东莞市、 珠海市、深圳市这五个城市成为首批开展跨境人民币贸易结算的试点城市，从这 时开始跨境人民币的业务在我国正式启动。内蒙古在2010年成为跨境人民币业务 的试点地区，中国银行内蒙古分行首当其冲，在2010年6月22日上午10点，人 民银行总行网站正式公布《关于扩大跨境贸易人民币结算试点有关问题的通知》， 10点15分，中国银行内蒙古分行开立金额为人民币67万的进口信用证，该笔业 务为内蒙古地区首笔跨境人民币结算业务。2013年中国银行内蒙古分行跨境人民 币在内蒙古地区市场占比份额第一，领跑跨境人民币业务市场。但2013年12月 份人民银行跨境办公布的市场份额显示中国银行内蒙古分行已降至第三，前景很 不乐观，中国银行内蒙古分行面临严峻考验。通过分析中国银行内蒙古分行跨境 人民币存在的各种问题后，笔者分别从完善培训模式，扩大客户营销范围，完善 风险管控制度等几方面来进行跨境人民币业务的对策研究。 关键词：跨境人民币，结算业务，国际化，中国银行内蒙古分行 万方数据 Abstract Now,RMB Intemationalization iS an inevitable trend in the market．the outbreak of the global financial crisis has provided an opportunity for cross-border rmb．In April 9， 2009，the State Council decided to carry out cross—border trade RMB pilot in Guangzhou，Shanghai，Dongguan，，Zhuhai Shenzhenfive city,thus cross-border RMB business offncially started．Inner Mongolia to become a pilot area of cross—border RMB business in 20 1 0，Bank Of China Inner Mongolia Branch to be the first to bear the brunt， at 1 0：00 on the morning of June 22，20 1 0 1 0，the people’S Bank of China website officially released”on the expansion of the pilot RMB settlement of cross—border trade related issues notice”，ten fifteen，I opened all amount is RMB 670000 import letter of credit，the transaction for Inner Mongolia area first the cross—border RMB settlement business．In 201 3 I for cross-border RMB in the Inner Mongolia area market share share first，leading the cross—border RMB business market．But in December 20 1 3 the people’S Bank of cross—border Office published the market share that I had dropped to third，the prospect is not optimistic，we are facing a severe test．Through the analysis of the various problems existing after the RMB，the author from the perfect training mode， expand the customer marketing scope，countermeasures for cross—border RMB business perfect risk contr01 and other aspects． Key words：cross-border RMB，settlement business，intemation alization，Bank of China Inner Mongoli
