Engineering Master Degree Dissertation of Chongqing University Analysis Improvement of Quality Management for International Platinum Company Master Degree Candidate: Yin Keqin Supervisor: Prof. Shi Wei Ren Pluralistic Supervisor: Li Zhanwen senior Engineer Specialty: Industrial Engineering College of Automation Chongqing University October 2007 摘  要  产品质量是企业生存发展的决定性因素之一。质量管理是企业管理中一个重 要环节。通过加强质量管理来提高质量是目前中国大多数制造型企业需要努力去 做的事情。加强质量管理，提高质量水平，不仅能够降低质量损失，提高生产能 力，还能够通过精品的形象来塑造良好的企业品牌，去扩大市场占有率，对企业 实现全面质量管理具有重要意义。 本文首先对国内外质量管理现状进行分析，借鉴国内外成功的质量管理案例， 通过对无锡英特派金属制品有限公司的具体情况和产品特点的分析，找出公司原 有质量管理存在的问题及产生这些问题的原因，并进行了公司质量管理发展的需 求分析，包括建立切实可行的质量管理体系的必要性，以及产品对生产工艺环境 的特殊要求。在此基础上，结合国家宏观经济下的行业现状和发展方向，提出了 公司的质量管理目标和方针，并制定了针对性较强的公司质量管理发展战略。最 后，通过改进方案的实施，取得了很好的实施效果。企业的产品质量和产量得到 了很大的提高，并为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。 关键词：质量管理，发展战略，需求分析，工艺环境，管理体系 I ABSTRACT Enterprises development lays on good quality. Quality management plays an important role in Enterprises management. It is a task for all enterprises of China to improve quality by strengthening the quality management. Better quality management, higher quality, can low down loss of bad quality, increasing the efficiency of the production, building a enterprises brand and reputation, can get the products much more accepted by market. Thus, quality management is very important for a enterprises development. In this article, the status quo of the domestic and international quality management was analyzed firstly. Using the successful quality management cases for reference, the author found out the problems and reasons which result into these problems in former quality management by analyzing idiographic state and product characteristics of Wuxi international platinum Co.
