大学生性心理健康状况调查分析和教育对策研究——以牡丹江地区大学生为例.pdf

摘 要 系统、科学、规范的性健康教育对今天的高校来说已刻不容缓，而科学性教 育的开展依赖于对大学生性心理健康现状的准确了解。本研究以牡丹江师范学 院、牡丹江医学院、牡丹江大学三所高校的在校大学生为研究对象，以问卷调查 法和访谈法为调查方法，侧重调查不同年级、专业、性别大学生在性心理、性知 识、性观念、性行为、性教育方面的差异并分析差异产生原因。 研究结果显示：不同年级、专业、性别大学生在性知识掌握、性观念和性意 识等方面均有差异。在性知识掌握方面，大学生普遍常识性性知识掌握较好，概 念性性知识掌握较差，且年级、性别差异显著，专业差异不显著。在性观念方面， 多数大学生性观念比较开放，在恋爱观上存在矛盾和混乱，但对婚前性行为的态 度较为慎重，年级、性别差异显著。在性行为方面，多数大学生的性行为符合社 会规范，但也有个别学生有一夜情、多个性伙伴等不当性行为经历，且年级、性 别有显著差异。在性教育方面，绝大多数同学至今没有接受过正规的性教育，赞 同应在高校开展不同类型的性教育，在希望接受性教育的形式和内容方面，性别、 年级差异显著。 通过对大学生性心理健康状况及所接受性教育状况的调查、分析，以提出相 应教育措施，使各高校的性心理健康教育工作得以有效开展，提高在校大学生的 身心健康水平。 关键词：性教育；性知识；性观念；性行为；教育对策 Abstract It is urgent for colleges and universities today to—carry on the sexual health education with systematic，scientific and standardized measure，which iS based on all accurate understanding of the present situation of it．The study focused on the difference in sexual psychology,sexual knowledge，sexual attitudes and behavior,sex education of colleges students varied from different grades，specialties and gender,by researching the college students of Mudanjiang Normal College，Mudanjiang Medical College，Mudanjiang University,with investigate methods of a questionnaire and interviews． The results shows that：firstly,college students varied from different grades， specialties and gender are different in mastering sexual knowledge,sexual attitudes and sexual awareness．Secondly,as far as to sex knowledge，most college students are open toward sex．They are contradicting and confused in conception of love relationship，but are cautious in premarital sex amonk whom there are significant differences varied from different grades and gender．Thirdly,in sexual behaviour,the majority of coilege students are consistent with social norms，but there are some students who have sexual misconduct such as one—night stands，multiple sex partners all SO on．There are significant differences in different grades and gender． Finally,In terms of sex education，Most of the students haven’t received formal sex education．They are approval t
