自我效能微信管理在原发性青光眼患者眼压控制中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：观察自我效能微信管理在原发性青光眼患者眼压控制中的应用。方法：临床纳入原发性青光眼患者120例，采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组60例。两组均给予眼科常规药物及手术治疗、常规护理及宣教，研究组在此基础上加入自我效能微信管理。采用一般自我效能感量表（GSES）、青光眼患者自我管理行为量表比较干预前后两组自我效能及自我管理情况。另外，观察治疗前后两组眼压及视野平均缺损情况。结果：干预前，两组GSES、自我管理评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后，研究组GSES、自我管理评分均明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：自我效能微信管理能够有效提高患者自我效能及自我管理，患者可以较好的控制术后眼压水平，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 自我效能； 微信管理； 原发性青光眼； 眼压； 效果 　　Application of Self-efficacy Wechat Management in the Intraocular Pressure Control for Patients with Primary Glaucoma/HUANG Dong-lan，FENG Hui-lan，WU Bao-hong，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：065-067 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the application of self-efficacy wechat management in the intraocular pressure control for patients with primary glaucoma.Method：120 patients with primary glaucoma were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group，with 60 cases in each group.Both of the two groups adopted the conventional drug therapy and operation，routine nursing and education.On the basis of the above treatment，the study group also adopted self-efficacy wechat management.Through GSES and self-management behavior scale，the self-efficacy and self-management conditions of the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment，the intraocular pressure and the mean defects of visions of the two groups were observed.Result：Before intervention，the differences in the scores of GSES and self-management behavior scale of the two groups were not statistically significant（P0.05）.After intervention，the scores of GSES and self-management behavior scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Self-efficacy wechat management can efficiently improve patients’ self-efficacy and self-management ability while the intraocular pressure can be well controlled.It is worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】 Self-efficacy； Wechat management； Primary glaucoma； Intraocular press
