护理延伸服务在儿科出院保健中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨儿科出院保健中应用护理延伸服务的效果。方法：选取本院2012年8月-2014年8月正常出院的患儿160例作为研究对象，所有患儿家属皆签署知情同意书愿意配合本次研究，随机均分为研究组与对照组，各80例。对照组患儿出院后未予以护理延伸服务，而研究组患儿出院后则予以护理延伸服务，皆于出院后2个月进行电话随访，调查家属健康宣教知识掌握情况与满意度情况，并对比分析。结果：研究组出院后2个月随访结果显示，家属健康宣教知识掌握优良率与满意率皆明显高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：将护理延伸服务应用在儿科出院保健中，可以帮助患儿家长出院后予以患儿更好的照料，同时能提高患儿家属对健康宣教知识的掌握率，并提高满意度，值得借鉴。 　　【关键词】 儿科； 出院保健； 护理延伸服务； 应用； 满意度 　　Application of Extended Care Health Service in the Pediatric Discharge/HE Zhi-lan.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（32）：082-084 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the effect of application of extended care services in pediatric discharge.Method：160 cases of normal discharg were selected as the research object in our hospital in August 2012 to August 2014，all the family members were signed the informed consent to the study， were randomly divided into study group and control group， each of 80 cases.The control group were discharged without be extended care services， while the study group would be extended care services after discharge， was at 2 months post discharge telephone followed-up， and grasped the situation of family health education satisfaction survey knowledge， and comparative analysis.Result：The followed-up results of 2 months of study group after discharge， family health education knowledge and satisfaction rate of excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that of control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The extended care services use in pediatric hospital care，can help parents give children better care after discharge， and can improve the patient’s family on health education knowledge rate， and improve the satisfaction， worthy of reference. 　　【Key words】 Pediatric hospital； Health care； Nursing services； Application； Satisfaction 　　First-author’s address：The Third Hospital of Nanchang， Nanchang 330006，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2014.32.029 　　儿科患者的治疗与护理难度较大，不仅仅在于患儿的依从性不高，还在于当前对于儿科的护理策略不太理想，还需要不断研究与探索。随着近几
