高校思想政治教育者应加强文学素养 摘 要 高校思想政治教育者肩负着培养具有健康人格、优秀品质的合格人才的艰巨任务，教育者自身的素质问题关系 到思想政治教育工作的全局。优秀文学具有教育人、感染人、改造人的特征，这与思想政治教育的教育目标、内容体系和教育规律是相符合的。因此，思想政治教育者素质的文学素养应得到足够的重视。具备一定的文学素养，能加深思想政治教育者对教育内容的理解，提高思想政治教育者的文字表达能力和语言表达能力，用适宜的方法把教学内容传递给教育对象，有效提升思想政治教育者的人格魅力。因此，高校思想政治教育者应该加强文学素养。 关键词 高校 思想政治教育者 文学素养 中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdks.2016.04.038 Abstract Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities shoulder the arduous task of training qualified personnel with healthy personality and excellent quality， and the quality of the educator is related to the overall situation of Ideological and political education. Key words college； ideological and political educators； literacy attainments 0 引言 文学素养是思想政治教育者必备的一个素质，必须要引起重视。对高校思想政治教育者而言，具备良好的文学素养能够加强其对教育体系内容的深刻理解，也能够提高自身的文字表达能力和语言表达能力，并且用适当的教育方法把授课内容传递给受教者，从而提升人格魅力。由此而言，高校思想政治教育者具备良好的文学素养至关重要。 1 高校思想政治教育者加强文学素养的重要性 1.1加强文学素养能够加深思想政治教育者对教育内容的深刻理解 中国的传统古典文学经过几千年的积淀，已经形成了一个完整的体系，有很多著作中都能体现人类认识世界掌握世界的思维方法，古语有云：“读史可以使人明智，鉴以往可以知未来。”通过文学、历史能明白很多人生哲理，文学艺术除了供人娱乐消遣之外，还能认识世界，并对世界做出解释。单独从文学角度考虑，文学具有掌握世界的方式，并且有整体性、深刻性、预见性的特征。与其他学科相比较而言，文学是对社会人生的综合反映和整
