海 南 大 学 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文（设计） 题 目：水律蛇病原菌的药敏实验 学 号： 20090109310033 姓 名： 郑玲 年 级： 2009级 学 院： 农学院 系 别： 动物科学系 专 业： 动物医学 指导教师： 曾纪锋 完成日期： 2013 年 4 月 1 日  摘 要 水律蛇（Mouse snake）也叫滑鼠蛇，是一种无毒且经济、药用价值都很高的蛇种，养殖水律蛇的效益很高，所以越来越多的人选择饲养水律蛇与研究水律蛇，本实验以能及时控制与治疗水律蛇间一种高度传染的细菌性急病、减少该疾病引起的危害为目的，研究该疾病，对引起该疾病的致病菌做一组药物敏感试验，以便准确、针对性地用药，从而能及时控制与治疗该疾病，减少损失，本实验从病蛇体内抽取心脏血获取致病菌，通过分离及纯化得到三种致病菌（鲁氏耶而森氏菌的两种不同形态菌；木糖氧化产碱杆菌），实验通过K-B纸片法用多种抗菌药物分别对这三种致病菌进行药物敏感实验（drug sensitive test）与最小抑菌浓度（minimal inhibitory concentration）测试，实验结果表明这三种致病菌皆对氟啶酸、丙环派酸、丁胺卡那霉素、氟苯尼考等药为极敏，对乙酰螺旋霉素为高敏，对痢特灵、利福平、先锋VI耐药。木糖氧化产碱杆菌对氟苯尼的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）为8 IU/ML，对卡那霉素的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）Abstract Mouse snake, is a non-toxic and economic, are high medicinal value snake species, breeding mouse snake-effective, so more and more people choose to farming mouse snake and research mouse snake, the purpose of the experiments is timely control and treatment of the bacterial disease that highly contagious from mouse snake, and to reduce the harm caused by the disease, so we study of the disease, and do one set of susceptibility testing for the cause of the disease, in order to accurately targeted drugs, timely control and treatment of the disease, reduce losses, for this experiments，we get the bacteria from the blood to the heart of the snake, by separation and purification ，we get three bacteria (Yersinia ruckeri tow Different forms; xylose oxidation Alcaligenes), experiment with a variety of antimicrobial agents by KB method these three pathogens drug sensitivity test with minimum inhibitory concentration tested and the results show that these three pathogens are of enoxacin, propiconazole send acid, amikacin, florfenicol test drugs for a very sensitive, high sensitivity of the Acetylspiramycin furazolidone, rifampicin, Pioneer VI resistance.
