术前综合护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术后康复效果的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：研究针对人工全髋关节置换术患者实施术前综合护理干预对于其康复效果的具体作用和影响。方法：将笔者所在科室收治的人工全髋关节置换术患者进行分组护理，研究组均在术前采取综合护理以及干预，对比组所有患者则只进行常规护理。结果：研究组患者术后首次顺利排尿比例显著高于对比组，术后第4周康复训练计划完成优良率显著优于对比组，术后Harris评分显著优于对比组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对人工全髋关节置换术患者进行科学的术前综合护理以及干预，可以有效提高治疗效果，有效减少并发症，促进患者尽快康复。 　　【关键词】 全髋关节； 综合护理干预； 康复 　　中图分类号 R473.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）12-0096-02 　　The Influence of Postoperative Rehabilitative Effects of Preoperative Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Total Hip Arthroplasty/YUAN Yu-mei，XIE Jian.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（12）：96-97 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the specific role and impact of postoperative rehabilitative effects of preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention for total hip replacement surgery.Method：Patients with total hip replacement surgery in my department admissibility were divided into two groups，the research group was given preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention，compare group was given routine care.Result：The rate of first successful voiding in research group was significantly higher than that in the compare group，the good rate of completion of the rehabilitation training program in forth week in research group was significantly better than that in the compare group，postoperative Harris hip score in research group was significantly better than that in the compare group，these differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with total hip replacement surgery can effectively improve the therapeutic effect，can effectively reduce complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible. 　　【Key words】 Total hip； Comprehensive nursing intervention； Rehabilitation 　　First-author’s address：Dongguan City Changping Hospital，Dongguan 523573，China 　　髋关节是人体重要的活动关节。由于意外事件以及骨质本身的问题，髋关节疾病呈多发趋势，严重威胁患者健康和生活。对于该病的治疗方式，越来越多地采用人工全髋关节置换术[1-2]。研究表明，该手术方式可以尽可能减轻患者痛苦，能够有效促进患者肢体尽快康复。但在临床实践中，许多医护人员都是将术后康复训练作为护理的重点，而忽视了术前的准备护理
