奥曲肽联合中药治疗轻型急性胰腺炎的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨奥曲肽联合中药治疗轻型急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法：选取2010年3月-2012年3月本院收治的68例轻型急性胰腺炎患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各34例，对照组患者给予奥曲肽治疗，观察组患者在奥曲肽治疗的基础上联合中药大黄50 g治疗，两组患者均连续治疗7 d，观察临床治疗效果，记录患者临床症状消失时间、首次通便时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间及平均住院时间。结果：观察组治疗有效率为97.0%，对照组为82.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组临床症状消失时间、首次通便时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组，两组上述指标比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用奥曲肽联合中药治疗轻型急性胰腺炎临床效果显著，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 奥曲肽； 中药治疗； 轻型急性胰腺炎； 临床治疗效果 　　Treatment Efficacy of Octreotide Medicine on Mild Acute Pancreatitis/ZHANG Yong.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：114-116 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore clinical effect of octreotide medicine treatment on mild acute pancreatitis.Method：68 cases with mild acute pancreatitis in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method， each group had 34 patients， the control group was treated with octreotide， the observation group was treated with rhubarb 50 g on the basis of octreotide therapy， after 7 days of treatment， observed clinical treatment， recorded the clinical symptoms time， first purge time， serum amylase returned to normal and average length of stay.Result：The effective rate of the observation group was 97.0%， the control group was 82.4%， the difference of the two groups had statistical significance （P0.05）； time of clinical symptoms in patients， the first purge time， recovery time of serum amylase and average length of stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group， these indicators of the two groups had statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion：Herbal treatment using octreotide mild acute pancreatitis significant clinical effect， is worth promoting. 　　【Key words】 Octreotide； Herbal Treatment； Mild acute pancreatitis； Clinical effect 　　First-author’s address：The Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Dingnan County，Dingnan 341900，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2014.01.054 　　急性胰腺炎是由胰管内压突增、胰管
