稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察步长稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法：收集2011年1月-2013年3月经心电图或24 h动态心电图确诊为室性早搏或房性早搏并或不并有短阵房性心动过速或室性心动过速患者93例，随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组口服胺碘酮片，每次200 mg，3次/d。1周后减为每次200 mg，2次/d，两周后减为每次200 mg，1次/d，维持治疗4周。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用步长稳心颗粒口服，1次9 g，3次/d，连服4周。观察两组治疗前后临床症状变化和24 h动态心电图的变化。结果：对照组临床自觉症状改善的总有效率82.6%，观察组临床自觉症状改善的总有效率91.5%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；24 h动态心电图对照组总有效率78.3%，观察组总有效率91.5%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮有较好的临床疗效优于单用胺碘酮，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 心律失常； 稳心颗粒； 胺碘酮； 临床疗效 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule combined with Amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia. Method： To collect 93 patients with Ventricular Premature Beats or Atrial premature Beats or Ventricular Tachycardia demonstrated by electrocardiogram or 24-hour Holter monitoring at our hospital from January 2011 to March 2013. These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Two groups in mean age， gender， diseases situation， diseases severity and basic disease were not significantly different， with comparable （P0.05）. The control group was treated by oral administration of Amiodarone for four weeks. The dosage was 200 mg three times a day in the first week， which reduced to 200 mg twice a day in the second week， and reduced to 200 mg once a day in the third and fourth week. Wenxin Grannle was added in the observation group， which dosage was 9 g three times a day for four weeks. The changes of clinical symptoms and 24-hour Holter monitoring were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Result： The total effective rate of the control group in clinical symptoms was 82.6%， which of the observation group was 91.5%. The significant differences were observed in the two groups （P0.05）.
