现代人本主义教育思想与语文素质教育 　　【摘要】多年来，语文教育一直存在着少慢差费的现象，针对语文教学中存在的问题，语文教育专家及语文教育工作者积极致力于语文教育改革，取得了一定的成绩。但是自古以来，闭门造车只能固步自封，而且过去大多数专家学者是从教授者的角度进行改革的，较少考虑作为学习主体的学生，这就悖离了当今世界的教育改革趋势――关注学生的发展。使语文教育改革难以形成质的突破，达到质的飞跃。为了提高语文教育质量，全面提高学生的语文素养，达到培养新型人才的目的，我们有必要在世界范围内的教育交流与整合的条件下，借助他山之石，对我国的语文教育进行改革，构建新的语文素质教育体系。 　　【关键词】人本主义 教育思想 语文素质教育 课程标准 人性化发展 　　【中图分类号】G642 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-3089（2016）09-0006-03 　　【Abstract】For many years， the language education always has fewer the phenomenon， has the problem in view of the language teaching in， the language educates the expert and the language educator devotes positively to the language education reform， has obtained certain result.But since the ancient times， divorces oneself from reality only can be conservative and complacent， moreover the past majority experts were carry on the reform from professors angle， little considered takes study main body the student， this disobeys to the world education reform tendency - - has paid attention to students development now.Causes the language education reform to form the archery target breakthrough with difficulty， achieves the qualitative leap.In order to improve the language education quality， enhances students language accomplishment comprehensively， achieved the trained new talented persons goal， we have the necessity in the worldwide scale education exchange and under the conformity condition， with the aid of the learning from others， carries on the reform to our countrys language education， constructs the new language education for all-around development system. 　　【Key word】 Humanism； Education thought； Language education for all-around development； Curriculum standard； User friendly development 　　在基础教育中，语文教育的重要性是不言而喻的，但是多年来一直存在着语文教学的时数与教学收效之间不成正比的矛盾。针对语文教学中存在的问题，语文教育专家及语文教育工作者积极致力于语文教育改革，希望找到一种新的教育理论，切实提高语文教育质量。 　　在当代西方的教育理论中，人本主义思想作为一种教育理念，它倡导教育应培养整体的、自我实现和创造型的人，更多地关注“人”的教育观念，这代表了人们对未来教育重视人性、重视情感的、重视创新意识的再度审视。也符合我国现代社会教育的发展观。人性化的教育，是现代教育的一种新的意识。语文课程标准中关注学生的个体发展，注重开放的语文课程体系，我们能否将其看作是人本主义
