新医正骨结合针刺治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的效果 　　[摘要] 目的 观察新医正骨结合针刺治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床效果。 方法 将河北省三河市医院中医科2013年3月～2015年3月门诊及住院的120例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为两组，其中治疗组60例运用新医正骨结合针刺治疗，对照组60例运用按摩治疗，分别进行2个疗程，观察效果并评定。 结果 治疗组和对照组治疗后视觉模拟评分（VAS）[（2.58±0.67）、（3.94±0.89）分]均较治疗前[（8.49±2.96）、（8.44±1.39）分]显著降低，差异有高度统计学意义（P 0.01）；两组治疗后VAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。治疗组总有效率为95%，对照组总有效率为78%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 新医正骨结合针刺治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床效果显著，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 第三腰椎横突综合征；新医正骨；针刺；按摩 　　[中图分类号] R681.55 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）06（a）-0098-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of new medical bone setting combined with acupuncture in the treatment of transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of outpatient and inpatient with transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra in Department of Chinese Medicine， Sanhe Hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups， 60 cases of treatment group were taken the treatment of new medical bone setting combined with acupuncture， 60 cases of control group were taken massage， for 2 courses， the effect was observed and evaluated. Results The visual analogue scales of treatment group and control group after treatment [（2.58±0.67）， （3.94±0.89） points] were all lower than those before treatment [（8.49±2.96）， （8.44±1.39） scores]， the differences were all highly statistically significant （P 0.01）. There was a statistically significant difference of the VAS scores after treatment between the two groups （P 0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 95%， which of control group was 78%， the difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion New medical bone setting combined with acupuncture in the treatment of transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra has significant clinical curative effect， which is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra； New me
