狼疮肾炎患者循环miRNA表达谱研究及循环miR―130b―3p的临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 研究探讨狼疮肾炎患者外周循环miRNA表达变化及其可能存在的临床意义，为狼疮肾炎的临床治疗提供更多的客观依据。 方法 方便选取2013年9月―2015年9月于该院诊治的50例狼疮肾炎患者，同时另选同期于该院体检的50名健康者作为对照组。在100例研究对象中随机选取15例患者做循环miRNA的表达谱检测筛选（检测组），85例患者做循环miRNA的表达谱验证筛选（验证组），同时应用循环miR-130b-3p为验证对象，观察与比较狼疮肾炎患者与对照组患者的血清总RNA水平及检测组中两组患者的血清miRNA水平、验证组中miR-130b-3p的水平，并进行数据统计学分析及相关性分析。 结果 在验证组中，与对照组相比较（3.7±1.6）ng/μL，狼疮肾炎组患者的循环血清中miR-130b-3p的表达水平（9.8±1.4）ng/μL显著上升，其差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；在检测组中，与对照组相比较（28.6±2.4）ng/μL，狼疮肾炎组患者循环表达的miRNA水平（46.8±5.6）ng/μL明显上升，其差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 狼疮肾炎患者循环miRNA表达水平可能随着肾功能的进一步下降而出现表达下调，其循环miR-130b-3p的表达与肾脏功能、血脂水平呈现明显的相关性，这在狼疮肾炎的疾病发生发展中可能起着重要的作用。 　　[关键词] 狼疮肾炎；miRNA；miR-130b-3p；表观遗传调节 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（c）-0001-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical expression and significance of circulating miRNA and provide more objective basis in the treatment of LN （Lupus Nephritis）.
