继续医学教育项目的管理现状及其对策 　　[摘要] 目的 分析首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院（以下简称“我院”）近5年继续医学教育项目的管理现状，提出对策，为今后进一步做好继续医学教育管理工作提供参考依据。 方法 收集我院2011年1月～2015年12月开展继续医学教育项目工作的相关资料，对研究内容包括申报继续医学教育项目、举办学术交流会议、开展会议活动、发表论文、医院社会效益情况等进行统计分析。 结果 我院近5年来申报的国家级继续医学教育项目总获批率为96.35%（132/137），申报省市级继续医学教育项目总获批率为87.78%（79/90），获批的国家级和省市级继续医学教育项目占全市继续医学教育项目总数的比例也在逐年上升；5年来，我院组织学术讲座748次，参加学术会议69 081人，发表论文2654篇。门急诊量、入院人次不断增加。 结论 随着继续教育工作的全面开展，我院在整体管理上得到了很大提升，但在实施过程中也面临着诸多问题，通过针对性地给予相应对策，探讨适合我院的继续医学教育模式，更好地开创我院在继续医学教育领域上的新局面。 　　[关键词] 继续医学教育项目；管理；对策 　　[中图分类号] G72 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）06（a）-0141-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the current management situation of continuing medical education programs in recent 5 years in Beijing Tian Tan Hospital， Capital Medical University （our hospital for short）， put forward the countermeasures， in order to provide reference for the management of continuing medical education in future. Methods The related data of continuing medical education programs in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were collected， the contents of the research， including the declaration of continuing medical education programs， academic exchange meeting held， meeting activities， papers published， hospitals social benefits， etc， were analyzed statistically. Results The total approved rate for national continuing medical education in recent 5 years in our hospital was 96.35% （132/137）， the total approved rate for provincial continuing medical education was 87.78% （79/90）， the proportion of total number of approved by the national and provincial continuing medical education project and the whole province provincial continuing medical education project was also rising year by year； in five years in our hospital， 748 times of academic lectures were organized， 69 081 persons were participated in the academic conference， 2654 papers were published； the number of outpatient and emergency clinic， admission was also increasing on and on.
