Three groups were respectively injected polyglucose and sodium chloride (Ⅰ ), gelofusine (Ⅱ ) and sodium lactate (Ⅲ ) injection in a dose of 15ml / (h * kg) by intravenous drip after anesthesia.The blood pressure at per 5 minutes in anesthesia and the surgical operation were measured.Results: There were 4 cases with hypotension caused by epidural anesthesia (10%) in each Ⅰ and Ⅱ , and 22 cases (55%) in Ⅲ . The effect of Ⅰ and Ⅱ on defending hypotension was certainly much more better than Ⅲ (P amp;lt;0.05).
