 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 5 Faropenem pairs of plasmid-mediated βlactamase stability and inhibitory activity of Effect [Abstract] Objective To study the carbapenem antibiotics, faropenem for 14 kinds of standard β  lactamase (TEM  1, TEM  2, TEM  3, TEM  5, SHV  1, SHV  2, SHV  4, SHV  5, PSE  1, PSE  2, PSE  3, OXA  1, OXA  2 and OXA  3) the role of the stability and inhibitory activity. Methods UV spectrophotometry, to other β  lactam antibiotics (imipenem, meropenem, cefotaxime PI, cefoxitin, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, cefoperazone, aztreonam, clavulanic acid , sulbactam, tazobactam) as controls. The results of all antibiotics against extended-spectrum β  super-lactamase (TEM  3, TEM  5, SHV  2, SHV  4 and SHV  5) of the IC50 less than 1.9μ mol / L; but broad-spectrum enzymes TEM  1 , TEM  2 and SHV  1 of IC50 over 100μ mol / L. Faropenem right OXA  1, OXA  2 and OXA  3 of IC50 less than 1.0μ mol / L. Faropenem, imipenem, meropenem and cefoxitin on 14 kinds of standard β  lactamase were in stable condition. Conclusion Faropenem pairs of 14 kinds of β  lactamase inhibition is stronger than imipenem and meropenem.
