Methods HPLC  MS method, Alltima C18 column; mobile phase: volume fraction of 0.2% acetic acid solution as mobile phase A, acetonitrile as mobile phase B, gradient elution: 0 ~ 20 min, 5% ~ 20% B; 20 ~ 40 min, 20% ~ 20.5% B; 40 ~ 50 min, 20.5% ~ 35% B; flow rate: 0.6 mL / min; post and triage: 0.4 mL / min into the mass spectrometer; UV and MS detection at the same time. The results of the Hong Kong production of flavonoids in Houttuynia 5 concentrations are lower than the Emei, Sichuan and Guangdong origin, and Sichuan Emei origin rutin, hyperin, quercitrin levels were higher than those produced in Guangdong, and Guangdong origin of the oak Pi Su  3  O  β  D  galactose  7  O  β  D  glucoside and quercetin  3  O  α  L  rhamnose  7  O  β  D  glucose glycosides were higher than those in Sichuan Emei origin.
