Methods: Immunohistochemical staining of the 82 cases of paraffin embedded tissue specimens for testing and statistical analysis. Results: ① MMP9 positive rate of SCC in the skin (88.1%) was significantly higher than that of skin BCC group (48%) and normal skin group (13.3%), CD44v6 in normal skin, the positive rate (100%) was significantly higher than that of skin SCC group (66.7%) and skin BCC group (20%); ② MMP9 high expression rate and skin SCC was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation, CD44v6 expression rates of the high degree of differentiation and skin SCC was positively correlated; ③ MMP9, and CD44v6 in skin SCC and BCC expressed no significant correlation. Conclusion: CD44v6, and MMP9 and the occurrence of skin BCC and SCC, differentiation is closely related to the skin can be used as study and to determine the biological behavior of SCC and BCC, and the prognosis important indicator of independence.
