Methods: 66 cases were detected in newly diagnosed T2DM, 30 healthy subjects plasma ET 1, NO and vWF; measured by color Doppler ultrasound vascular endothelial function, and for statistical analysis. Results: T2DM fasting blood glucose (FBG) and triglyceride (TG), low density cholesterol (LDL c) higher than the control group (P lt;0.05); T2DM group of ET 1, vWF were significantly higher (P lt;0.05), two NO showed no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); T2DM group of reactive hyperemia induced by brachial artery diameter increased compared with the control group, but not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05); T2DM group reactive hyperemia in the brachial artery diameter caused by the rate of change than the control group decreased significantly (P lt;0.05); correlation analysis showed that, ET 1, vWF and after reactive hyperemia rate of change of brachial artery diameter was negatively correlated (P lt;0.05). Conclusions: patients with newly diagnosed T2DM ET 1, vWF levels increased and endothelium-dependent vasodilatation dysfunction; endothelial cell marker ET 1, vWF may reflect the endothelium-dependent vasodilation.
