The results in Nim decoction can significantly increase pain threshold in mice, reducing capillary permeability, inhibit the inflammatory response induced by xylene, can significantly reduce the ear swelling in mice. However, no effect on clotting time in mice. Conclusion to Nim decoction has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Results Melastoma dode candrum Lour had a prominent analgesia effect, and restained the cap
