At present, the theoretical development of Traditional Chinese Medicine with western medicine and technology innovation far cry from that in traditional Chinese medicine production, management and quality lags behind Japan and South Korea; in the international market, China’s production of Chinese medicine products insignificant, accounting for only international trade in traditional Chinese medicine about 5%; and, even in the domestic market are also facing strong competition from overseas Chinese medicine products. Therefore, the domestic Chinese medicine is at a vital turning point.
