Results of ferulic acid in the range of 0.12 ~ 1.2 μg linear relationship (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.6% , RSD = 1.8%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and can be used to control the quality of bone capsules. Method The samples were determined by RP-HPLC on a Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 1% acetic acid (33:67). The detection wavelength was at 320 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results The calibration curves of Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 6 ~ 60 μg / mL (r = 0.999 9) . The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Jiegu Capsule.
