The results of 11 batches of test samples 6,7  dehydrogenase Reuling ketone content of the range of 91.5 ~ 182.5 μg * g-1, (15S) -12,16  epoxy  11,14  2-hydroxy  8, 11,13  abietane  7  ketone content of the range of 35.4 ~ 84.2 μg * g-1, the proposed medicine of 6,7 - dehydro Reuling-one and (15S) -12,16  epoxy  11,14 2-hydroxy  8,11,13   abietane  7  ketone content limits were not less than 113.4 μg * g-1, and 52.3 μg * g-1. Conclusion After systematic approach to school inspection, established by the determination method is simple, stable, exclusive, repeatable characteristics, can be used Xihuangcao herbs and products containing the compound preparation Xihuangcao quality control.
