Methods 208 cases of lymphangioma in the oral maxillofacial regions from January 2000 to January 2006 were reviewed. Sapylin was injected into the cavity or in the circumference of the lymphangioma, and the injection may be repeated every 2 weeks for 3 times. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months ~ 6 years. 85.58% were cured, and 9.62% were improved. The total efficiency rate was 96.63%. Conclusions This method is a safe, simple and highly effective therapy for lymphangioma in the maxillofacial regions.
