Methods Orthogonal design was used in the experiment and the content of asperosaponin VI was determined by HPLC. Results The ideal extraction process was: 2 times of extraction, 10 times of water, 1 hour of reflux. Conclusion The optimized extraction procedure is rational and feasible for the industry manufacture of the capsules.
