Multiple Intelligences Theory and Interpretation of new curriculum standards for
[Abstract] education reform in any country need the advanced educational theories to support and guidance. By the Harvard University psychologist Howard Gardner in 1983 proposed the theory of multiple intelligences has attracted wide attention from countries around the world has become in many Western countries, one of the guiding ideology of educational reform. At present, this theory has also spread rapidly in China, becoming China’s implementation of quality-oriented education, deepen the curriculum reform of the important guiding ideology, but also in May 2003 formally promulgated the “high school language curriculum standard (experimental)” (hereinafter referred to as “New Curriculum Standard “), one of the foundations of the theory.
