Abstract: A cooperative learning as China’s new round of curriculum reform advocated by an important way of learning, its value has been accepted by the majority of English teachers, but as a novel approach to learning, it is the practice in the classroom, there are still many problems we need to continuously seek out and resolved. In this paper, a reasonable team building, multi-angle depends on the mutual relationship between the task of carefully designed and positive evaluation of these areas to elaborate how to optimize cooperative learning, improve classroom effectiveness.

For students Xuede Hao, the key is to make students willing to learn and make them feel successful, progress and development of happiness, that is, their access to learning from the study of internal momentum. The traditional passive learning methods severely suppressed the students enthusiasm. Less than a fun learning experience of students, classroom learning boring, mechanical, students have a greater burden and depression, lack of autonomy, participatory and enjoyable sense of classroom learning and inefficient. With the deepening of the reform of classroom teaching, cooperative learning, as advocated by the new round of curriculum reform, teaching models and learning methods has brought to our classroom vitality and hope to promote reform and innovation in classroom teaching. It is effective in improving the classroom learning environment, expanding the participation of the students face, a large area to improve student achievement, at the same time, cultivate the students own, explore the learning abilities and skills with others, fully embodies the New Curriculum “independence, cooperation, and participation” core beliefs.
