Abstract ABSTRACT Object: + + Toinvestigatethe effect ofrSjcprotein on CD4 CD25 Treg,andFOXP3 protein level ,providing scientific proof and basi for the inhibitory factor from Sj in treatment of women with unexplained recurrent spontaneou abortion or autoimmune diseases. Methods: (1) The study on intervention effect of rSjc: The CBA/J female mice were divided into four group randomly: normal pregnancy mice group, URSA mice group, CsA group and rSjc group;rSjc group wa divided into nine subgroup , each subgroup wa intraperitoneal injected on 0.5 d, 4.5 d and 9.5 d post-pregnant at the concentration of 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg rSjc. In CsA group, CsA wa intraperitoneal injected on 4.5d post-pregnant at the concentration of 5 mg/kg. The mice were sacrificed on 14.5dpost-pregnant and the embryo absorptivity rate wa detected.(3) The study on intervention mechanism of rSjc: Put the most effective to reduce embryo absorptivity a rSjc group 4.5d 10mg/kg .rSjc groupwa comparedwith （ ， ） + + normal pregnancy group, URSAmice group, CsAgroup:The rate of CD4 CD25 Treg + in CD4 T cell of spleen wa analysed by flow cytometry;FOXP3 in pathological section ofthepregnant mice uterine deciduawa detectedby immunohistochemistry, andIODwa evaluated. Results: 1 In rSjc group the embryo absorptivity rate wa decreased.
