2015 年 6 月第 35 卷第 6 期 湖南中医药大学学报 Jun. 2015 Vol. 35 No.6 Journal of Hunan Univ. of CM 57 ·中医文化· 中英两国中医形态的比较人类学研究 严眩眩，丁 颖，魏一苇，何清湖* (湖南中医药大学，湖南长沙 410208) 〔摘要〕本文运用比较人类学方法，在赴英实地田野考察基础上，对中、英两国的中医进行对比研究。用西方社会科学研究 方法来处理中国的问题，借助西方的观点来反思国内中医的处境，有助于更清楚地认识自身的问题，更好地完善中医现有形态， 促进中医发展和中医文化传播。国内中医形态主要是体制化中医，而英国中医主要是针灸为主、小店经营的形态，两者差异可解 读为中医在不同的时代背景和文化地域不断地进行文化适应和重组，呈现出不同的形态。对比研究启示我们在中医发展上国内 可考虑更纯的中医，通过文化传播培养对中医的文化心理需求及纠正唯科学主义的文化心理等。 〔关键词〕中医形态:中国;英国;比较人类学 〔中图分类号)R2 (文献标识码)A (文章编号)doi: 1O.3969/j.issn.1674-070X.2015.06.019 Comparative Anthropological Research of Chinese Medicine in China and the UK Xuan-Xuan Yan, Ying Dinι Yi-Wei Wei, Qing-Hu He* (Hwum University of Chinese Medicine , Changsha, Hunan 410208, China) [Abstract) Through the methods of comparative anthropology , based on the field research in the UK, this paper compared the forms of Chinese Medicine in China and in the UK. Applying the western social science research methods and viewpoints to analyze the situations in China would be helpful to clarify the problems (in China) and contribute to develop Chinese Medicine and its cultural transmission. The form of Chinese Medicine is TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) in China while it is mainly acupuncture shops in the UK. The differences between the two could be interpreted as that in different times and cultural settings Chinese Medicine is being adapted and reformed accordingly. This comparative anthropological study suggests that Chinese Medicine in China could be more genuine and its cultural transmission should be promoted to cultivate the cultural-psychological demands and change the scientism attitude.
