Polycrystalline CdS nanotubes and a novel partition nanostructure were prepared in an anodic alumina membrane (AAM) templateusingadoubledi?usionmethodatroomtemperature.Transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),selectedareaelectron di?raction(SAED)andenergydispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDX)investigationsindicatethatthenanotubesconsistingofCdS grains have been synthesized in the AAM nanoholes.
