Several metabolites were positivelyornegativelycorrelatedtothediseasephenotypeandtospecificmicrobespreviouslycharacterizedinthesame samples. Our data reveal novel differentiating metabolites for CD that may provide diagnostic biomarkers and/or monitoringtoolsaswellasinsightintopotentialtargetsfordiseasetherapyandprevention.
