Value Engineering • 47 • 关中一天水经济区城市群资源环境承载力评价 the Resource and Environmental Bearing Capacity in City Group 刘秀秀 LIU Xiu-xiu j 杜忠潮 DU Zhong-chao (咸阳师范学院资源环境与历史文化学院，咸阳 7120∞) ( School of Resources ,Environment and History Culture ,Xianyang Normal University ,Xianyang 712α泊，China) 摘要:以关中一天水经济区城市群的 8 个主要城市为样本，构建了包括资源承载力和人口与社会经济发展压力两个方面的 18 项 指标组成的资源环境承载力评价指标体系。利用主成分分析法对关中一天水经济区城市群资源环境承载力进行综合性定量评价。结 果表明:关中一天水经济区城市群的资源环境承载力空间差异明显，主现为三个等级类型:西安、宝鸡和渭南城市资源环境承载力水 平较高，咸阳、铜川和杨凌城市资源环境承载力水平中等，天水和商洛城市资源环境承载力水平较低。并根据各样本城市资源环境承 载力的优势和劣势因素，提出优化和提升关中一天水经济区城市群资源环境承载力的政策性建议。 Abstract: Taking the 8 major cities in the city group of Guanzhong - Tianshui Economic Zone as the samples, the resource and environmental bearing capacity evaluation index system consisting of 18 indicators including resource bearing capacity and the pressure of population and social and economic development is constructed. 民A me出叫 is used for comprehensive quantitative evduationp the reso旧ces and environmental bearing capacity of the city group of Guanzhong - Tianshui Economic Zone. The result shows that: there is significant spatial difference in the resources and environmental bearing capacity of the city group of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone and shows three levels: 汩汩， Baoji and Weinan have high resource and environmental bearing capacity; Xianyang, Tongchuan and Yangling have medium resource and environmental bearing capacity; Tianshui and Shangluo have low resource and environmental bearing capacity. And according to their advantages and disadvantages of resource and environmental bearing capacity, the policy recommendations of promoting the resources and environmental bearing capacity of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone city group are raised. 关键词:城市群;资源
