Britain should follow the example of teaching pattern PDP
Abstract: PDP as a new teaching model, the field of education in the United Kingdom the prevalence of highly valued and sought after teachers and students. This article aims to realistically model the definition of teaching from the PDP, connotation, methods of operation as well as the pros and cons of the implementation process to make an objective assessment; and the introduction of new disciplines that the door to play the role of PDP teaching mode. At the same time teaching the essence of our heritage, learn from foreign advanced teaching models for China’s educational reform to make some exploration and research, so that constantly adapt to changing needs, and constantly adapt to social development.

Abstract: Being a new teaching mode, PDP is very popular in the UK’s teaching field. This paper discusses the form, definition, connotation, and operation of PDP. We aim to show that a new teaching mode should be introduced to our country, while at the same time, keeping our own finest elements of teaching. An advanced teaching mode should be adopted with some educational reforms to meet the needs of our time and society.

1. Introduction: Why are we PDP?
In the UK, almost all colleges and universities in the esteem of a new teaching model - PDP. PDP is a personal development plan (personal development planning) of the acronym.
