1 Introduction
How to make full use of foreign teachers resources, particularly the use of foreign teachers in authentic spoken and advanced teaching philosophy is that we need to research and analysis issues.
Foreign teachers is through the means to develop students communicative competence it? How effective? The author through interviews of students, listening to foreign teachers of other classes, foreign students communicative competence to teach the methods discussed, results show that the University hire foreign teachers to serve as the spoken English classes this initiative is highly effective teaching methods, some of which we should learn from .
