腹腔室隔综合征的诊治分析 【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔室隔综合征的诊断和 治疗 方法。方法 回顾性分析本院1996年6月以来收治的3例ASC病例的诊治体会。结果 因延误手术致多脏器功能衰竭死亡1例，开腹减压治愈2例。结论 ASC一经确认应及时开腹减压，用3 L静脉营养输入液袋暂时性关腹是一种有效的治疗方法。 　　【关键词】 腹腔室隔综合征；诊断；治疗；暂时性关腹 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the experience of diagnosis andtreatment of abdominal compartment syndrome.
