无为而治引领高等教育供给侧改革.pdf

Under the market economy, the traditional higher education was on the way of reforming the demand side.The government and universities competed for resources allocation,which resulted in formation of macro structure of higher education. To modern eyes, Laozi’s idea of “noninterference” can provide new ideas for the reform of higher education in our country’s “supply side”. That is, taking on the ideas of government’s “inaction” and universities’ “action” to lead the reform of higher education “supply side”.The government should be on the road of macroeconomic regulation and control, making sure of the independence of universities; we should establish the accountability mechanism and form a good public order; we should improve the structure of higher education and pay more attention to the connotation development to promote the balance between supply and demand.
