Results show that , the persona1 training and corporate training have a positive impact on the income of transferred labor. While , the government training has no effect on it , though the average treatment effect of government training is posi- tive. The co叩orate training is the most effective and the effect of persona1 training is better than the government trainings. The government should implement effective training mechanism which is based on co叩orate training and aided by personal training and government training.
