Methods A total of 406 ∞mpu!sory ser畸 vicemen and primary sergeants in the 6-year period were assessed according to Disabi!ity Assessment Standard for Service- men (Tryout). The clinica! rnateria!s were ana!yzed retrospectively. Results Main menta! disabilities contained schizo- phrenia (90.9%) and affective psychosis (7.9%). The numbers of so!diers with menta! disabi!ities were increased year by year. The disability classifications concentrated between grade 5ω6. There was significant difference of disabi!ity constitution between ∞mpu!sory servicemen and prirnary serg.四nts (PO. 0 1).
