中国软科学2017年第3期 中部地区新型城镇化和金融支持的耦合作用研究 唐未兵 ，唐谭岭 (1．湖南大学 经济与贸易学院，湖南 长沙 410079；2．湖南工业大学，湖南 株洲 412007) 摘 要：本文通过对中部六省市2005年 一2014年新型城镇化指标和金融指标的测度，采用熵值 法确定各指标 的权重，进而构建新型城镇化水平和金融支持水平的综合评价体 系，运用耦合协调度模型和空间计量模型研究 新型城镇化和金融支持之间的耦合作用。结果表明：中部六省省会城市耦合情况处于中强度 中协调度及 以上， 而其它地级市基本处于中强度低协调层次；金融支持 中各变量和新型城镇化综合指数的相关性及新型城镇化综 合指教中主要指标和金融支持指数间的相关性均显著相关，其 中城市建设资金 占贷款比例和建设用地 占比的积 极影响相对最为明显。在未来的发展上，中部省市应通过适 当控制总体货币供应量，盘活存量资金提高资金利 用率；加大教育投入和保持适当城乡建设资金投入比例；提高金融效率和开拓多层次融资渠道支持和促进区域 产业的发展和升级，实现新型城镇化建设和金融的可持续的耦舍协调发展。 关键词：新型城镇化；金融支持 ；耦合协调度；空间计量 中图分类号：17832．35 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002—9753(2017)o3—0140—12 Studyon theCouplingEffectBetweenNew Urbanization DevelopmentandFinancialSupportintheCentralProvinces’Cities TANGW ei—bingr，TANGTan—ling 1．(SchoolofEconomicsandTrade，HunanUniversity，Changsha4100792，China； 2．HunanUniversityofTechnology，Zhuzhou412007，China) Abstract：UsingentropymethodtodeterminetheweightofeachindicatorandcityScore，thewritersetupacomprehensive appraisalsystem of new--styleurbanizationlevelnad financial supportlevelthroughme asurementof new--styleurbanization indicatorsandfinancialindicatorsofthesixcentralprovinces’citiesduringtheperiodfrom 2005to2014．Thewriter appliedcouplingdegreemodelandspatialeconometricsmodeltostudythecouplingeffectbetweendevelopmentofnew— styleurbanization andfinancial support．Thestudyshowsthatthecouplingdergeeofcapital citiesinthesixcentral provincesisinmedium intensityandmedium coordinatingdegree andabove，whereasthecoupling degree ofother prefecture—levelcitiesarebasicallyin medium intensity andlow coordinatingdegree．There issignificantcorrelation betweeneachvariableoffinancialsupportand comprehensiveindexofnew—style urbanization，and between pfima~ indicatorsofcomprehensiveindexofnew—styleurbanizatio
