论著·临床论坛 CHINESECOMMUNITY DOCTORS 侵袭性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗的疗效研究 张晓杏 555200贵州省印江县人民医院 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2017.1.44 摘 要 目的：分析侵袭性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗的疗效。方法：收治侵袭性牙周炎患者51例，为所有患者进行 牙周基础治疗，比较患者治疗前与治疗后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、出血指数、菌斑指数以及临床附着丧失指标。结 果：治疗前患者的出血平均指数为(2.78±0.72)，菌斑指数为(1.98±0.79)，临床附着丧失指数为(3.25±1.76)；治疗后 上述指标分别为(0.71±0.48)、(0.76±0.38)、(1.78±0.62)，治疗前与治疗后各项指标对比，差异具有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05)。同时，患者治疗后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均显著低于患者治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：侵袭 性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗的效果比较突出，能够有效控制患者的炎症。 关键词 侵袭性牙周炎；牙周基础治疗；临床疗效 Astudyontheeffectofperiodontalbasictreatmentinpatientswithaggressiveperiodontitis ZhangXiaoxing ThePeoplesHospitalofYinjiangCounty555200 Abstract Objective:Toanalyzethecurativeeffectofperiodontalbasictreatmentinpatientswithaggressiveperiodontitis.
