活血通络法治疗膝骨关节炎的研究概况 　　【摘 要】 目的：探讨活血通络法治疗膝骨性关节炎的治疗方法及用药规律，为临床上运用活血通络法治疗膝骨性关节炎提供一定的理论依据和参考。方法：检索近10年活血通络法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床文献，通过统一的纳入标准、排除标准，合并和删除重复文献，对目标文献进行分析。结果：符合纳入标准的文献有41篇，类型分为疗效观察和药效作用机制研究，其中疗效观察33篇，占80.49%；药效作用机制研究8篇，占19.51%。结论：近10年活血通络法治疗膝骨性关节炎文献中中药内服使用频度最高，41篇文献中共有36首方剂，包括119味中药，药物总使用频次为452次，其中使用频次最多的为牛膝、当归、红花、鸡血藤等；药效机制研究方面集中于生物标志物检测，其中以白细胞介素所占比重最大，其次为基质金属蛋白酶、氧自由基、肿瘤坏死因子、软骨细胞增殖等 【关键词】 膝骨关节炎；活血通络法；研究概况 【中图分类号】R6843.3 【文献标志码】 A【文章编号】1007-8517（2016）24-0053-05 Abstract：Objective To discuss the therapeutic method and medication rule for knee osteoarthritis treatment with activating blood dredging collateral method， and to provide some theoretical bases and references for therapeutic method and medication rule for knee osteoarthritis treatment with activating blood dredging collateral method clinically. Methods The clinical literatures about knee osteoarthritis treatment with activating blood dredging collateral method in recent 10 years are searched to merge and delete repetitive literatures and carry out analysis as per the uniform inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Result 41 articles conform to the inclusion criteria. They can be distinguished into the curative effect observation and effective mechanism research through the analysis on researched literature types. Wherein， 33 articles are about curative effect observation， which accounts for 80.49%； 8 articles are about effective mechanism research， which accounts for 19.51%. Conclusion In knee osteoarthritis treatment methods with activating blood dredging collateral method in recent 10 years， the internal medication of Chinese herbs is of the maximum usage frequency. There are 36 prescriptions in 41 literatures， including 119 kinds of Chinese herbs. The total usage frequency of medicine is 452. Wherein， the most frequently used medicines include achyranthes bidentata， angelica sinensis， flos carthami and caulis spatholobi， etc. The effective mechanism research is focusing on biomarker detection at
