中国卫生检验杂志2007年12月第17卷第l2期 Chinese Journal of Health Laboratory Technology，Dec 2007；Vol 17 No 12 2273 【监测报告】 市售几种茶叶及其汤汁中咖啡因和铅、铜的检测 闵运江 ，周守标h，马贤清 ，陈咪咪 (1．安徽师范大学生命科学院，安徽芜湖 241000；2．皖西学院化学与生命科学系，安徽六安 237012) [摘要] 目的：对收集到的六安市售的十个茶叶品种样品，分别进行咖啡因、铅和铜含量的检测，以了解其质量状况。方 法：1 g茶叶+100 ml IO0~C纯净水浸泡20 min所得茶汤中咖啡因的含量，采用HPLC法检测；利用FAA法检测铅、铜的 含量。结果：被检茶样中铅含量在2．5952～4．6785 ms／kg之间、铜含量在7．3784～25．7182 ms／kg之间；茶汤中铅、铜溶 出量均未检出；一泡茶汤中咖啡因含量在66．226—278．880 ms／L之间。结论：十个茶叶样品中铅铜含量均未超标，其一 泡茶汤中咖啡因含量符合国标限量。 [关键词】 茶叶；铅和铜；咖啡因；火焰原子吸收法；高效液相色谱法 [中图分类号】 R155．5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号】 1004—8685(2007)12—2273—03 Detection of contents of caffeine，lead and copper in several types of tea and their soup sold in Lu an Market Min Yun-jiang ’ ，Zhou Shou—biao ，Ma Xian—qing2．Chen Mi mi (1．College of Life Science，Anhui Normal University，Wuhu 241000，China；2．Department of Chemistry and Biology，West Anhui University，Lu an 237012，China) [Abstract] 0bjiective：To investigate the qualitative condition of tea which were sold in Lu an market，ten varieties of tea were collected，the contents of caffeine，lead and copper were detected．Methods：The content of caffeine were detected by the means of standard curve with HPLC．And contents of lead and copper were detected by the means of standard curve witll FAA．Results： The contents ot lead in these samples were extent from 2．5952 to 4．6785 ms／kg，and copper in these samples were range of 7．3784—25．7182 ms／kg．Them was no lead or copper being detected in the soup．The content of caffeine in the soup Was extent from 66．226 to 278．880 ms／L，which 1 g tea samples were solved for 20 min by 100℃ purified water．Conclusion：The content of caffeine in these tea soup and the contents of lead and copper had not exceeded the standard in these samples．
