残疾人就业的影响因素研究 --基于安徽省的调查 罗遐 兰瑶 （安徽大学管理学院） 摘 要：残疾人无法与正常人一样获得平等的就业机会，因此残疾人的就业问题一直 是个重要的现实问题。基于2013年安徽省残疾人的问卷调查数据，运用Logistic 回 归模型，从个体特征因素、残疾人就业政策和相关认知因素等方面分析残疾人就 业的影响因素。研究结果发现，年龄、受教育年限、生活自理情况、劳动能力情况 等个体特征因素对残疾人就业具有正向显著性影响；享有就业扶助政策情况、对 就业保障金了解度以及对残疾人就业工作的满意度等对就业也具有正向显著性 影响。因此，需要进一步健全残疾人就业保障政策体系、加强残疾人教育与培训 工作、贯彻落实残疾人就业服务政策以及加强残疾人便利服务设施建设等，以促 进残疾人就业。 The determinants of the Employment of the People with Disabilities :Based on the survey of Anhui Province Abstract: The people with disabilities can’t obtain the same equal job opportunity as other people, so it is always an important and realistic problem to solve the employment of the disabled. On the base of the data obtained from the sample survey of the disabled of Anhui province in 2013, this article analyses individual characteristic of the handicapped, employment policy and relative cognitive factors with Logistic regression model. The results show that age , education, abilities of daily living , labor capacity have remarkable effects on the employment of the people with disabilities; and that the situation of enjoying employment policy support ,the comprehension of employment security fund and satisfaction of the employment policy also have significant effect on their employment. This result is of significant reference value on promoting the employment of the handicapped. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the employment policy 1 system, to enforce the education and training of the disabled, to implement employment service and policy of the disabled and to improve the construction of convenient service facilities as well.
