乙肝感染者家属相关预防知识认知情况调查报告[摘要] 目的：为了解HBV感染者的家属对相关预防知识的认知情况，提高其预防乙肝的知识水平，预防疾病传播，提高生活质量，探索在高危人群中的健康干预措施。方法：自行设计问卷，随机对HBV感染者的家属148人进行调查，主要对乙肝的传播途径、疫苗预防和有关垂直传播等三方面知识了解情况调查，并采用三级评分法。结果：对八项问题回答正确率为12.8%～61.5%（平均30.7%），评分满分16分，结果最高14分,最低6分,平均8.03分,及格49人,及格率仅33.11%。文化程度影响到认知水平。结论：HBV感染者家属普遍缺乏乙肝预防相关知识，并存在较大的认知误区。应动员全社会参与，加大对HBV感染者家庭成员乃至公众的健康教育力度，并搞好HBV感染者家属的预防和监测工作。 [关键词] 乙型肝炎病毒；感染；相关知识；预防 [中图分类号]R512.62 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）10（a）-101-02 The Report of investigation in the Hepatitis B infected family members in grasping related prevention knowledge SONG Qing-rui, ZHU Jian-yong, YAN Yu-ming (Weihuishi health and epidemic prevention station, Weihui 453100,China) [Abstract] Objective: In order to understand the situation of the hepatitis B infected family member in grasping relatedprevention knowledge, enhances its the state-of-art in preventing hepatitis B, prevent disease disseminates, and improves the quality of life,explore the health intervention measure in high-risk group’s .Methods: Independently designs the questionnaire, stochastic investigation to 148 members in the hepatitis B infected families, mainly to the hepatitis B dissemination way, the vaccine prevention and the related vertical dissemination and so on three aspect knowledge, and uses three level of grading methods.Results: To eight question, reply accuracy is 12.8% to 61.5%, average rate is 30.7%. Total score is 16, and the highest grading result is 14,the lowest is 6 ,average 8.03 , 49 members pass the examination, the rate is only 33.11%. The years of schooling affect the cognition level.Conclusion: The HBV infected family members lack the knowledge of preventing hepatitis B generally, and exist the big cognition erroneous zone. Should mobilize the entire society to participation, enlarges to the health education dynamics in the HBV infected family members and even public’s, and does well their prevention and the monitor work.
