医院感染知识培训结果及研究【摘要】目的 本文通过对各类医技护药专业人员感染理论知识与实际操作技能的培训，了解医务人员在正确认识及掌握医院感染各种有关知识与技术的能力与程度，以控制院内感染。方法 集体讲解、有针对性的学习，即学即考，并对实际工作中运行情况进行检查。结果 护士、行政人员的培训率为96%，医生为93%，医技药人员、兼职监控员为92%，保洁、总务后勤人员在90%。培训考核后的合格率为：医生93%、行政人员为92%、医技护药人员为89%、兼职监控员86%、保洁人员85%。现场检查结果：对感染病例的正确判断在96%、无菌技术操作合格率在92%、个人防护在92%、医疗废物正确处置在89%、消毒灭菌合格率在77%。结论 医疗教育尤其是针对医院感染控制的教育是医疗质量的关键和前沿，强调了感染知识培训的重要性，主张进行有针对性、通俗易懂、循序渐进的培训，将医院感染知识的教育融入到各部门的具体工作中，纳入到医院文化建设的内容，并对感染知识培训中存在的问题提出改进意见。 【关键词】感染知识 培训 中图分类号：R47文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-0515（2011）3-046-03 Hospital infection knowledge and analysis of results of the training 【Abstract】 Objective Based on the technology for various types of medical professionals infection drug theoretical knowledge and practical skills training, and understanding medical staff in hospitals to correctly understand and master the knowledge of various technologies and the ability and the extent to control nosocomial infection .
