儿童旋转肌力测定及临床意义【摘要】目的 通过对儿童前臂旋转力的研究，探讨儿童前臂石膏固定使前臂功能恢复最快捷及最大功能的最佳方法。方法 应用我们研制的台式“前臂旋转力测定仪”分别测定大庆市年龄10岁儿童60人以及12岁儿童60人的左侧前臂旋前、左侧前臂旋后、右侧前臂旋前、右侧前臂旋后的最大旋转力，分析不同性别、年龄的儿童左右前臂旋前、旋后最大扭力的差异。结果 1、男、女儿童左侧前臂旋前肌力明显大于旋后肌力(P＜0.01), 右侧前臂旋后肌力明显大于旋前肌力(P＜0.01)。2、随年龄增长左侧前臂旋转肌力差别越明显(P＜0.01)。3、女性儿童在10－12岁前臂旋转肌力变化较大(P＜0.01)。4、男女儿童右前臂随年龄增长，旋前与旋后肌力差别减小(P＜0.01)。结论 1、右利儿童左侧前臂需石膏固定时，石膏应尽量固定于患儿的旋后位。2、右利儿童右侧前臂需石膏固定时，石膏应固定轻度旋后位（10－20°）。3、右利女性儿童在石膏固定后宜尽早进行功能训练4、男女儿童右前臂随年龄增长，旋前与旋后肌力差别减小 关键词：儿童 前臂 石膏 骨折 前臂旋力仪 AbstractObjective: Through the research of the forearm rotary strength of the teenagers, we approached the best position of forearm after the Gypsum fixation on forearm fracture which made the function of forearm obtain the best recovery and least rehabilitation exercise.Methods: We tested 60 10-year-teenagers and 60 12-year-teenagers, total 120 cases in Daqing city, and measured their left and right forearm rotary strength on pronation and supination by the Forearm?Rotate-Dynamometer which we manufactured.
