· 56· · 调查研究 · 北京市健康促进医院现况调查分析 — — 8O5例住院患者的调查结果 郭秀花，田向阳，潘岳松，吴淑艳，杨兴华，王 东 【摘要】 目的 了解北京市健康促进医院的现状，为改进北京市健康促进医院的工作提供依据。方法 采用分 层多阶段随机抽样，对北京市健康促进试点与非试点医院805例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果 试点医院患者对医院 绿化环境、病房环境、浴室卫生条件、饭菜质量、送餐人员服务态度的满意度均高于非试点医院，差异有统计学意义 (P0．05)。3所试点医院综合评分高于非试点医院。结论 北京市健康促进医院的试点工作是成功的，但是，也有 许多应改进的地方，如医院的绿化和卫生环境、关注患者的心理压力、健康教育宣传形式等。 【关键词】 住院病人；病人满意度；健康促进 【中图分类号】R 195 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007—9572(2008)1A一0056—04 Investigation of the Current Status of Health Promotion Hospitals in Beijing：An Clinical Analysis of 805 Inpatients GUO Xiu—hua，TIANXiang—yang，pAN Yue—song，et a1．Department ofEpidemiology and Statistics。The School ofPublic Health and Family Medicine，Capital Medical University，Beijing 100069，China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of health promotion for patients in hospitals of Bering，in or— der to provide measures for the improvement of health promotion work in hospitals of Bering．Methods The multi—staged and stratified random sampling was taken in investigating 805 inpatients form both pilot an non —pilot hospital through questionnaires． Results The degree of satisfaction of the patients in the pilot hospital to the hospital green environment，ward conditions，condi— tions of bathroom，food quality，service attitude of the food deliver was higher than that in the non—pilot hospitals，with a sig— nificant difference(P0．05)．The synthetic score of the pilot hospitals was higher than that of the non—pilot hospita1．Con- dusion The pilot project in health promotion hospitals of Beijing is successfu1．However there are some respects which remain to be improved，including the natural and hygiene environments in hospital，paying close attention to psychological stress of patients and health education． 【Key word】 Inp~ients；Patient satisfaction；Health promotionl 随着医学模式的转变，我国政府十分重视健康促进医院工 院，对885例在3
