浅谈危急值及异常结果报告在临床中的价值周熙浩冯孝金（富顺县人民医院检验科 643200）【摘要】目的临床检验危急值和某些异常结果越来越受到检验和临床的重视，危急值报告制度作为医院核心制度之一，探讨其报告的临床价值，有助于我们更规范更完善地报告临床危急值及异常结果。方法通过对本实验室各种危急值及异常结果报告情况进行分析，结合患者病例记录，探讨不同危急值及异常结果报告的临床价值。结果准确及时的危急值报告在临床危象、在帮助鉴别诊断的时候其价值特别明显，及时报告一些不属于危急值的异常报告在某些特殊情况下也能体现其重要的临床价值。结论准确及时的临床危急值及异常结果报告有助于临床医生及时得到病人信息、了解病人情况并及时处理，提高了对危重病人的抢救成功率，有助于临床医生及时诊断并采取诊疗措施，减少了医疗纠纷，确保了医疗安全。与此同时，我们应该不断完善危急值报告制度，结合实际情况和临床需求，适时增加新的危急值项目，对一些特殊病人特殊情况下的异常结果，应该按危急值报告制度进行报告。这有利于提高实验室人员的综合素质，也会增强临床实验室与临床科室之间的沟通、理解和信任，从而保证医疗质量安全以及循证医学要求。【关键词】危急值异常结果准确及时临床价值Introduction to the critical value and the result of abnormal report in clinical valueZhouXiHao FengXiaoJin (FuShun County peoples hospital clinical laboratory 610072) Abstract:objectiveClinical testing critical values and some abnormal results more and more is valued by test and clinical critical value reporting system, as one of the core system of the hospital, to explore the clinical value of the report, will help us more fully more specification report clinical critical value and abnormal results.Methods Based on laboratory of critical value and abnormal results report is analyzed, combined with patient records, to explore different critical value and the clinical value of abnormal results report.
